What we did

We created the “Live Streamed Open House” – a unique collaboration between Telenor and Fastighetsbyrån, where we invited everyone to take part in the open house in an exclusive apartment in Åre – live from wherever in the world they were situated. The broker hosted the open house as usual and sent it live via Periscope. This made it possible for people to ask questions and interact with the broker in real time, something that would not have been possible if it weren’t for Telenor’s network.

Live Streamed Open House became Sweden’s largest open house of all time with over 1 300 visitors, major news media such as Swedish newspaper Svenska Dagbladet, Veckans Affärer, Aftonbladet, Expressen and DI picked up the news, resulting in a reach of over 16 million people. The collaboration between Telenor and Fastighetsbyrån enabled a unique experience for people and solved a practical problem for prospective bidders – while the underlying message of Telenor’s network being the enabler of this execution was well received.
