What we did

To get young people between the ages of 18 and 22 to discover Pedagogpoolen and to realize that being a substitute teacher is a job that can be adapted to the individual’s own experiences and qualities. We created a recruitment campaign with the actual employers – the children. The goal of the campaign “Sweden’s youngest employer” was to bring emotional commitment to the target group and make them feel needed and realize that high grades and special skills don’t matter – the most important thing is to be kind and attentive.
