What we did

To help Swedes find the right medicine abroad, and to explain their problems more easily, we created the mini-dictionary ”Uppslagsvärk”. In the dictionary you can find common diseases, pharmacy products and medicines translated into six different languages.

The launch of ”Uppslagsvärk” became a big hit and was received very well both by Apotek Hjärtat’s employees and customers. Also, the interest from media was great with a large number of media articles published about the dictionary. A majority of the articles included a link to the website where you could download ”Uppslagsvärk”. The content published in Apotek Hjärtat’s social media channels also received great feedback and engagement.
